This system has five layers of use:

 

  • Service Desk: First level of customer service. Responsible for the registration and classification of the request for support and for their inclusion in the Knowledge Database (Knlowledge Base System).
    When an immediate solution is not possible at this level the problem is automatically transferred according to the Level of Service.

  • Broker Second Level is part of the service and directly responsible for groups of objects and services in the framework of the Global Technical Support. All problems are sorted and analyzed to enable the appropriate solution for the client.

  • Service Manager - Service Manager or Shift has broad access to mechanisms in the system to solve the problem and manage the support service.

  • Administrator - The Administrator of Support Services goes far beyond previous levels, controlling the overall performance of all technical support, creating profiles and access to technicians, users and customers.

  • Client - Client Since the system you will interact with the system via Online Chat with simultaneous translation, email, SMS, Download / Upload Files, Images, VOIP and live for up to 16 simultaneous participants via our Webinar solution.
